PINCHO WEEK IN PAMPLONA

From 8th to 17th April is celebrated in Pamplona the eighteenth edition of the pincho week.

Several establishments in the city, namely 89, participate with their best creations; it should be noted that 33% of establishments offer this year pinchos for celiac.

There are two important new features compared to previous years: every establishment can participate only with a pincho and it has been created a mobile app in which you can see the location and information of all participating.

MANUEL CARRRASCO IN CONCERT

On May the 29th at the Auditorio Baluarte all artist’s fans will enjoy a concert included in the tour of his latest album Dancing the wind; with this album he has been in the third position of the top selling 2015 records.

The promoter of the tour highlighted the greatest musical forcefulness and breadth of this new album records; these changes have made possible to cover a wider range of audience.

PAMPLONA CITY MARATHON MEDIA 2016 INTERSPORT

In May the 8th will be held the XXXV Half Marathon Pamplona; the big news is that it has been approved recently by the Spanish Athletics Federation which makes the distance Navarro Championship.

It will start at 10:00 am on Paseo de Sarasate and the goal will be in the Plaza del Castillo.

MONTH OF ROSÉ WINE AND VEGETABLES IN NAVARRE

During the month of April some restaurants will offer special menus in Navarra with spring vegetables, such as artichokes, asparagus, peas, borage and Navarre rosé wines paired with designation of origin.

Each menu consists of a starter, four half portions, dessert, rosé wine and water to the approximate final price of 48 Euros.

CAMOUFLAGES EXHIBITION AT THE MUSEUM OF NAVARRE UNIVERSITY

In April the 14th photographer Joan Fontcuberta opens at the Museum of the University of Navarra exhibition “Camouflages “; he is the only Spanish photographer awarded the Hasselblad Foundation Award .

This exhibition presents works of the seven most important series of the author, and its hallmark sense of humor as the main element of connection with the viewer.
