100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Applicable Cancellation Policy*
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case no show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Reception opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 23:00
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 23:00.
If you arrive outside of reception opening hours, please contact the establishment. You can find contact details on the booking confirmation.
Late check-in after 23:00 is possible upon request for an extra charge. Please contact the property in advance if you expect to arrive after this time.
Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Travesía Acella 1, 31008 Pamplona.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
