Cancellation Policy*
If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge any fees.
Reception hours:
– From Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 23:00
– Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 23:00.

Please note: check-in is possible after 23:00 upon request and for an additional fee. If you plan to arrive after this time, please contact the establishment in advance.
You can check-in and collect the keys at: Travesía Acella 1, 31008, Pamplona.
