Whether you are here for a work project, supporting a long treatment at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra or relocating to the city, a hotel room soon feels too small, and a standard lease does not fit either: it means a deposit, a long contract and setting up the utilities yourself.
Our long stay apartments, furnished homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms, are the middle ground between a hotel and a lease: temporary accommodation with everything sorted. From 28 nights you get a special daily rate, all bills included, weekly cleaning and someone local to call. You arrive with your suitcase and simply move in.

All bills included
Electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. No separate bills, no meter readings.
No deposit
We do not ask for a security deposit. You pay each month in advance and commit to nothing more.
Weekly cleaning
Final cleaning is included, and during your stay we clean once a week. Sheets are changed weekly and towels twice a week.
Kitchen and washing machine
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kitchenware, plus a washing machine in every apartment. Some have a dishwasher: just ask when you book.
Fibre Wi-Fi and smart TV
Fibre-optic broadband for remote work and video calls, and a smart TV to unwind at the end of the day.
Parking and local support
An underground parking space for €10 per night (VAT included), on request. And in-person support seven days a week.

Booking a long stay is simple
For stays of 28 nights or more we apply a special daily rate, lower than our short-stay rate.

- We send you the rateWe suggest the apartment that suits you best and the price with all bills included.
- Pay the first monthEach month is paid in advance. No deposit.
- Arrive and settle inWe explain how to reach the apartment and the car park, and we are on hand for your whole stay.

A quiet, well-connected neighbourhood
The apartments are in the Pío XII and Acella area, next to the Clínica Universidad de Navarra and Yamaguchi Park, in several buildings in a residential neighbourhood with supermarkets, pharmacies and city bus stops. The Old Town is a 15–20 minute walk away.

Long stays: your questions answered
From how many nights does the long-stay rate apply?
From 28 nights. From then on we apply a special daily rate, lower than our short-stay rate.
Which bills are included?
All utilities: electricity, water, heating and fibre-optic Wi-Fi. Weekly cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included too.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. We do not ask for a deposit or security guarantee.
How do I pay?
Each month is paid in advance. If your company is paying, we can issue the invoice in its name.
Is there a maximum stay?
No. We accept stays of several months in a row, with no limit.
How often is the apartment cleaned?
Once a week. Sheets are changed weekly and towels twice a week. Final cleaning is included.
Is there parking?
Yes. An underground parking space for €10 per night (VAT included), on request.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, in some apartments, on request and for a supplement of €12 per night (VAT included).
