Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We issue the invoice in your company’s name with its tax details.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or card, in advance. For stays of 28 nights or more, each month is paid in advance.
Can you house a team in several apartments?
Yes. We can book several apartments for the same team and handle everything through a single contact.
Is there a minimum stay?
No. We host from one night. From 28 nights we apply a special daily rate with all bills included.
Is there a maximum stay?
No. We accept stays of several months in a row.
What does each apartment include?
A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, smart TV, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is included, and during the stay we clean once a week.
Is there parking?
Yes. An underground parking space for €10 per night (VAT included), on request.
What time can staff arrive?
We are on hand in person Monday to Friday from 9am to 11pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 10am to 2pm and 5pm to 11pm. If they are arriving at another time, let us know and we will find the best solution.
