Due to the high demand for rooms and apartments in Pamplona during the San Fermín period, there are special rates and conditions for accommodation bookings. The special San Fermín period starts on July 5th and ends on July 15th, but if you wish to come, you must book well in advance because for the most popular days we fill up approximately 6 months ahead of time. Payment conditions for San Fermín reservations.

• At the time of making the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is paid.
• Before June 1, 2024, 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy for San Fermín period bookings.

• Cancellations prior to June 1, 2024 will incur a 30% charge of the total booking amount.
• Any cancellations made after June 1st, 2024 will be subject to a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

Other conditions for the San Fermín period.

• The reservation payment can be made by credit card (Visa, American Express, and Mastercard), bank transfer, or through PayPal.
• We also have parking spaces available in our apartments and rooms, and the price is 20€ per day.
• Our reception hours during the San Fermín period are from Monday to Friday, from 09:00h to 23:00h, and on weekends, from 10:00h to 14:00h and from 17:00h to 23:00h Check-in after 23:00h is possible but you must notify us in advance by phone or email.
• The check-in time for the room/apartment is from 13:00h onwards, and check-out should be done by 12:00  noon.
• During the San Fermín period, “late check out” is not possible, but if you wish, you can store your luggage at the Accommodation Management reception.
