General Booking Conditions

Information to keep in mind

Entrance: From 13:00 h. to 23:00 h.
Out: From 09:00h. to 12:00h.

Applicable deposits*
The establishment will charge 100% of the first night at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy*
If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge any fees.

If you cancel or modify the reservation outside of this timeframe or fail to show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.

Conditions regarding children and extra beds

Children of all ages can stay.

Free! Children under 2 years old can stay for free in cribs.

Children under 12 years old can stay for EUR 20 per night in extra beds.

The rest of children older than that age or adults can stay for EUR 20 per night in extra beds.

Maximum number of extra beds in the room: 1.

Extra beds and/or cribs are available upon request and must be confirmed by the accommodation.

Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.

Reception hours:

– From Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 23:00
– Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 23:00.

If you arrive outside reception hours, you must contact the establishment. The contact details are provided in this booking confirmation.

Please note: check-in is possible after 23:00 upon request and for an additional fee. If you plan to arrive after this time, please contact the establishment in advance.
You can check-in and collect the keys at: Travesía Acella 1, 31008, Pamplona.
Guests must present a valid identification document and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
