Are there parking places available in the apartment building?

Yes, there are underground garages available; the rate is 10€/per day (VAT included).

How many bathrooms are in the apartments?

In one-bedroom apartmentsthere is 1 bathroom and in three and four- bedroom apartments there are 2 bathrooms.

If you book a two- bedroom apartment you can choose 1 or 2 bathrooms. The extra cost for the second bathroom is 15€/per day VAT included.

It is important that you indicate this when you make the reservation.

What should I do if the guest’s number is different during the stay?

We are very flexible but please we need you to inform us of any changes in the number of guests so that we can offer you the best possible option.

Can I get packages delivered to the apartment?

Yes, during your stay in Pamplona, ​​you can receive parcels and post mail at the apartment or let us know at the reception and we will pick it up here.

How many days can I book?

The reservation can be from one day to as many days as you need! The longer the stay, the cheaper the daily rate will be.

Is there a minimum age to be able to book?

Yes, the minimum age to book is 18 years old.

Where can I find one supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy?

Our apartments are located next to the University Clinic and Yamaguchi Park, an area with all services. Upon arrival, we will provide you with a map and a WhatsApp with all the necessary information.

There is a reception desk?

Yes, there is reception. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10 a.m. to 14 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Within those hours, you will always find someone to assist you!

Can I check-in outside reception opening hours?

Yes, giving sufficient notice so that we can give you the necessary instructions to collect the key to your apartment.

Can I check-out before reception opening hours?

Yes, as long as the total amount of the reservation has been paid and notified in advance, you can leave the keys on the table in the living room of the apartment.

What are the rules I must follow in the apartments?

In our apartments, the usual rules of respect for common areas and the rest of the building’s occupants must be followed.

The latter includes not holding parties and minimizing noise after 10 p.m.

Do I need to pay a deposit upon arrival?

As a general rule, no deposit is charged, except for some very high occupancy dates such as San Fermín and New Year’s Eve.

It is necessary to provide valid card details at check-in.

Cleaning is included?

Before your arrival the apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your stay. After your departure, it is expected that the apartment is left in a reasonable condition, such as that you have taken out the trash and washed the used dishes.

Final cleaning is included, as well as weekly cleaning for long stays.

Can extra beds be added to the apartments?

In some of our apartments it is possible to add additional beds, always upon request before arrival.

The bed supplement may change depending on the season.

Can I stay in the apartment with my pet?

In some of our apartments your pets are welcome! Always upon request and with supplement.

The rate is 12€/day (VAT included) per pet.

There is lift in the building?

Yes, there is lift in the apartment’s buildings.

There is heating in the apartment?

Yes, there is heating in all the apartments.

Is the water drinkable?

Yes, the water is drinkable.

Can I smoke in the apartment?

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

How do I access the internet?

All our apartments have free high-speed Wi-Fi.

In each apartment you will find a paper with the Wi-Fi name and password.

There is washing machine in all the apartment?

Yes, there is washing machine in all the apartments.

There are towels and bed linen in the apartment?

There is a complete set of towels per guest and sheets.

For long stays, towels are changed twice a week. If you need a greater frequency you can request it at reception.

Are there amenities in the apartment?

Yes, there is a welcome box per guest that contains a small bottle of shampoo, gel and a bar of soap.

Do the apartments have a shower or bathtub?

There are apartments with a shower and there are apartments with bathtub.

If you need a shower tray, please indicate it.

What equipment does the kitchen include?

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware.
